I have been going here for a few years now and my experience has been relatively the same every time when I order a rice bowl. The rice is overcooked and mushy and they overload the sauce. My advice to them is to put a lot less water in their rice cooker .

My go to lunch pick up in Curacao. Try their banana breads when they have them. I ordered this a while back, and then changed phones so the details got lost on my new phone, but I keep texting them saying make same as above and they do, don’t even remember the order anymore, but it’s always good :)!

Got a medium salmon bowl with chili mayo to go. Generous portion, but everything (rice, salmon, etc.) was mushy and not very flavorful. Plantains were flavorful tho

Fantastic place to try and really good food, but do not get the poke burrito. It was half filled with all the good stuff, and the other half was all rice. The seaweed on the outside was soft and mushy and ruined the flavor of everything inside. I would recommend the raw tuna large bowl, which will fill you up and have some amazing flavors. Great restraunt overall, not cheap, and real busy. But a good experience.

An interesting ordering concept and experience. You place your order on a menu card, selecting from many customizable options, then hand over to the staff to prepare your bowl. My food was pretty good even though they mixed up the ingredients in my two bowls. I would have preferred a menu with Poke bowl combinations already set. I wasn’t sure which sauces and ingredients were best to mix since I have never been there before. However, it was fine and I enjoyed it .

What a great little hidden gem. Just off the beaten path. They were also open when most of the other restaurants in the area were closed (Tuesday afternoon). Great poke bowls, even by international standards. Prices are comparable to home (Toronto), which was a surprise. Fresh ingredients and superb service. Incredibly friendly staff when we were in today. I also accidentally forgot my credit card and the girl from the kitchen sprinted out after me to get it back to me. What a sweetheart! Thank you poke food station!
