Nautilus Restaurant

This is an establishment that really tries hard but honestly just falls flat in their food station delivery. While a menu is available most choose to go with the very solid buffet. Whichever you choose the staff is great and night servers like Jorge really provide a positive side to the restaurant with the exceptional service he offered. However I had to rate service down due the very poor, and painfully slow, delivery at the omelet station in the morning and pasta station at night. Both take about 40 minutes to cook up the order and both should be something the wait staff orders for you and brings to your table. If you use these stations take your cell up with you to occupy yourself as you wait in the very slow line. Also hope you find Meridith at the omelet station will offer you a quicker wait. Otherwise they do have a good selection of food and they do try hard. The pumpkin pancakes and oatmeal in the morning are above average treats. The omelet and pasta stations though ruin the place in their current setup. They are both great in concept but horrible in their delivery. Hopefully management will find a new solution for this that can fix the delivery issues and allow this establishment the 5 stars it is capable of. Until that time I'm not sure it's worth the visit.

It’s a hotel restaurant and buffet style. It is what it is and exactly as expected. You’ll be spending a lot of money for the convenience, not the quality. But the staff is wonderful. The dessert photos are from New Year’s Eve. Not the normal desserts.

A great place to enjoy a delicious meal where the staff is so friendly. Tip: make reservation in advance. You can choose between buffet or a la carte. We opted for the buffet. There is a section with different options from local to international dishes, a salad bar, a pasta station where they cook it fresh to your wishes and a dessert section. You can eat as much as you want with live music in the background. The food was good. A perfect balance between spices and ingredients. I liked the mango chicken and mexican mashed potato. The dessert is not too sweet and so fluffy.

Wonderfully cooked food. Much better then average local restaurant. The lady at the pasta station is a genius, I envy her family for whom she cooks outside of work.

Very bad treatment for locals. Went last sundsy for brunch and lady told me that brunch is only for guest. Do not forget that local were the ones that support and still supporting you (delivery) She also told me it was full without even try. We were 2 person...

The only place we found open on a Sunday at 8am. Thank gosh we went! Its an american style breakfast buffet and food was good! Its located inside the Renaissance Hotel and is open to non-hotel guests as well.
