Restaurante muito bom. O atendimento é a dedicação é surpreendente. Fomos atendidos por uma garçonete muito especial. Pretendo saber o nome dela, porque vale a pena ser citada aqui. Uma pessoa muito agradável e extremamente disposta a fazer o melhor pelos hóspedes. Todo o pessoal do hotel é muito atencioso e dedicado. A comida estava ótima, saborosa e bem servido, acompanhada de um delicioso vinho. Não entendo porque as pessoas reclamam tanto. Eu e minha noiva nos sentimos tão bem acolhidos que poderíamos abraçar a pessoa que nos serviu de tanta felicidade.

The service is inefficient, not prepared, not only to serve but to reserve, with reservations being chaotic and long waits to access a meal that is intended to be Italian cuisine, but unfortunately it only remains that way.

In short, terrible. The food, except for the mozzarella, is available in the buffet restaurant. Pre-ordering is not possible, you wait in front of the door to get into an ice-cold room. There were 3 large air conditioning units running at full steam. Then the same uncoordinated staff as in the buffet restaurant. Drink order was incorrect at the table. Eat the same thing. How can you mix everything up with two people at the table?! Complete failure!

Not good food. They didn't have salmon and shrimp when we went there for dinner. We ended up ordering other food and didn't finish the plate. After waiting for 30min, the waiter came back to tell us they didn't have one of our desserts and then brought us our only dessert. Didn't go back the next night.

Very nice atmosphere and excellent service and food, the only thing that would be interesting is for the menu to have more options
